Data type and purpose of processing
1.Web browsing data
The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this site acquire some personal data that are then transmitted implicitly in the use of Internet communications protocols. This data category includes IP addresses, or domain names, of the computers used by users to connect to the website, URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses of the requested resources, time of the request, method used to submit the request to the server, size of the file obtained in response, numerical code indicating the server response status (successful, error etc.), and other parameters pertaining to the user’s operating system and IT environment. This data is used only to obtain anonymous statistical information about website usage and to check its correct functioning; it is deleted immediately after processing.
The data could be used to ascertain responsibility in case of hypothetical computer crimes to the detriment of the site.
2.Data provided voluntarily by users/visitors
If users/visitors, connecting to this site, send their personal data to request certain services, or to make requests by email, this will result in the acquisition by IC & Partners Spa of the address of the sender and/or other personal data that will be processed to answer the request, possibly for the provision of the service, or for the forwarding of a company newsletter (modifiable possibility).

Purpose of processing
Personal data, voluntarily provided, will be processed for the following purposes, up to your opposition:
- Management of inherent data: browsing this website; any request for contact, by sending the requested information; administrative-accounting activities generally used for the fulfillment of contractual and pre-contractual obligations.
- Data management, subject to consent and up to your objection, concerning: possible registration to the mailing list/newsletter; market research; to receive, by automated means (e-mail), promotional, commercial and/or advertising material relating to the proposed products and services.
All personal data provided through this site will be processed in compliance with the principles of lawfulness, correctness and transparency and will be retained for a period of time not exceeding the achievement of the purposes for which they are collected and processed pursuant to art. 5 of EU Regulation 679/16, in order to provide the requested services as well as to respond to any requests or communications.
As established by art. 32 of EU Regulation 679/16 IC&Partners Spa adopts appropriate and adequate preventive safety measures in order to avoid the risk of destruction or loss of data, unauthorised access or processing that is not permitted or does not comply with the purpose of the collection.
Apart from what is specified with reference to the browsing data, the conferment of data through the forms present on this site is always optional. Users/visitors are free to provide their personal data and their failure to provide it may only result in the impossibility of obtaining what has been requested.
Data processing location
Processing connected to the web services takes place at the company headquarters of IC&Partners Spa in Udine, in Via Roma 43 and/or at the headquarters of the hosting and/or management company of the website and is only handled by technical staff of the Office in charge of processing. No data deriving from the web service is shared or disclosed.
Personal information provided by users asking for informational material is used only to provide the service requested and is communicated to third parties only if this is necessary to provide the service itself.
Sharing of Information
The data will be processed by data processors pursuant to art. 30 of Legislative Decree 196/03 and art. 29 of EU Regulation 679/16. Any third parties, to whom they could be communicated for the execution of processing operations connected with the purposes specified in this statement, are previously designated by the Data Controller as external representatives or external managers of the processing pursuant to art. 28 of EU Regulation 679/16.
IC&Partners Spa may share user information, when services are requested or at the request of the user, with its business partners, for commercial, legal reasons or in case of dispute; it can also communicate such data with the subjects that provide services for the management of the information system.
When services are requested or at the user’s request and subject to their consent, the data may be communicated to IC&Partners foreign offices, both EU and non-EU, which, as Joint data controllers, have signed an agreement with ours. These offices have been given appropriate operational instructions through contractual clauses that guarantee that the data will be processed in accordance with the principles established in EU Reg. n. 679/16 also in the third country of destination.
IC&Partners Spa can share information other than that described prior to notification and obtaining consent.
IC&Partners Spa does not sell or temporarily transfer the personal data of its users.
No data will be communicated in any other way or disclosed in violation of the law.
Storage and deletion of information
IC&Partners Spa retains your information for a period not exceeding the purposes for which the data was collected and may also delete and make your information anonymous on request. IC&Partners Spa may retain data beyond the natural expiry of the contract if it is required as a legal obligation.
After this retention period, the Data will be destroyed and/or deleted.
The Data Controller is IC&Partners Spa, with registered office in Udine, in via Roma 43, VAT n. 02322040300, in the person of its legal representative dr. Roberto Corciulo.
Joint data controllers are the legal representatives of the subsidiaries abroad.
The Data Controller also makes use of internal and external processors appointed for the achievement of the purposes (technical purposes related to the provision of the service and commercial purposes).
Rights of Interested Parties
The parties whose personal data is referred to have the right at any time to obtain confirmation of the existence or not of such data (and receive a copy of the same) and to know its content and origin, verify its accuracy or request its integration, updating, or correction. They also have the right to request cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law or in case of rectification (pending such adjustment by the Data Controller), and to oppose in any case, for reasons related to its particular situation, to their processing (arts. 15-22 of EU Regulation 679/16).
