Nicola specializes in the IT sector and deals with web content management, management software development and personnel IT training within the IC & Partners group. For over ten years, he has been dealing with economic analysis of Eastern European countries through market research and in-depth studies in collaboration with the group's offices.
Giovanna is the office manager of IC & Partners; she is responsible for the secretarial activities and the coordination of the administrative activities for the Italian headquarters as well as the administrative relationship with all the branches of the group. She assists the management on the corporate aspects of meetings with the Board and the shareholders. Previously she worked as a legal assistant in a multinational company.
Mariella helps IC & Partners managing the Marketing and Communication area of the Group and is in charge of public relations. She is an expert in internationalization processes, strategies, international marketing, ordinary, subsidized and business finance. Sourcing of financing for investments both local and foreign (SIMEST-SACE), company evaluations, M&A, scouting for industrial / financial / institutional partners.

Antonio is the manager of IC Trade, a business unit of IC & Partners specialized in internationalization services on the Russian market, with a focus on establishment and start-up strategies, certification assistance (EAC) for Russia, Belarus and Kazakhstan. Thuy is a tax specialist with over 15 years of experience in the field of finance, accounting and taxation for foreign companies. Thuy was Chief Financial Officer for Golden Bridge Finance Group in Vietnam and Korea - Vietnam Medical Equipment Corporation.
Thuy ha inoltre condotto con successo molte attività in ambito fiscale per società straniere provenienti da Singapore, Corea, Giappone, Italia, Cina … e Vietnam.
